2.3   Account Suspension & Closure

av66 may suspend or close a player's account without prior notice for the following reasons—

3.1   Payment Methods

av66 supports deposits and withdrawals for Myanmar players via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

3.2   Deposit Requirements

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is 3,000 Ks, regardless of the payment method used.
• The name on the player's account must match the name on the sending account at the time of deposit; if they do not match, the deposit may be rejected.

3.3   Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only allowed via the same payment method used for the deposit; av66 may verify that the bank or digital wallet account details are correct.
• Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.4   Financial Verification

When a high-value withdrawal is requested, av66 may carry out a KYC (Know Your Customer) check on the player. The withdrawal will only be processed once the check is completed.

4.1   Welcome Bonus

av66's welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be met.

Example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 × 10 = 240,000 Ks.
• Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 820,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 300,000 × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

4.2   Bonus General Policies

av66 has the following policies in place for handling bonuses—

• Each bonus may only be claimed once. If duplicate accounts are found to have been used to claim a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
• av66 reserves the right to verify that a player's gameplay is genuine in order to confirm that wagering requirements have been met.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

4.3   VIP Program

av66's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP tier upgrades are based on a player's gameplay history and activity—

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

As your VIP tier increases, cashback rates rise and you receive better rewards.

5.1   Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the av66 platform—

• Using software bots, automated play methods, or any technology that unfairly manipulates gameplay
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's software or game outcomes by unauthorized means
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff
• Money laundering or making deposits/withdrawals that raise suspicion of such activity
• Using fraudulent methods to claim bonuses
